Age Restrictions:
Ages 12 and under are free to enter the festival without a ticket. Ages 13 and older will require a ticket.
Billy Bob’s Entry Information:
4-DAY VIP Ticket Holders: Look for the FWMF STAFF at the entrance of Billy Bob’s, dressed in black long-sleeve shirts. Please show the FWMF staff your VIP wristband in exchange for a reserved seat ticket to use upon entry into Billy Bob’s. Billy Bob’s will only be accessible to VIP ticketholders on Friday 3/3 and Saturday 3/4. There is no re-entry if you decide to leave for the night. Please visit billybobstexas.com for more information. Reserved seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
Conference Badge Holders, 3-DAY GA and Single Day Ticketholders: You may enter Billy Bob’s general admission area on Friday 3/3 and/or Saturday 3/4 by simply showing your FWMF wristband. There is no re-entry if you decide to leave for the night. Please visit billybobstexas.com for more information.
Credential Pickup:
All ticketholders must visit the festival box office to receive their festival credential or wristband. Badges for 4-DAY VIP and Conference attendees and wristbands for 3-DAY GA and single-day ticket holders can be picked up at will call at the Tannahill’s Tavern & Music Hall box office located at 122 E Exchange Ave Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76164.
Credential pickup will begin at the following times:
Wednesday 3/1 at 3pm
Thursday 3/2 at 8am
Friday 3/3 at 8am
Saturday 3/4 at 11am
Box office will be open all day for pickup. Please bring valid ID that matches the will call name to claim.

Parking:
Parking in the Fort Worth Stockyards is a challenge so plan accordingly. The absolute, best way to get here is through a ride-share service. If you must drive, Valet Parking is available near the entrance to Tannahill’s on Exchange Street for $20. There are also several paid lots within a short walk of the venue.
Restaurant Reservations:
If you're looking for the best places in the Stockyards for any kind of bite, try one of Chef Tim Love's restaurants. Check out the infamous Lonesome Dove and Tannahill's Tavern, along with Love Shack, Caterina's Ristorante, Paloma Suerte, or even a drink or two at White Elephant. Ticketing Packages:
4-DAY VIP ALL IN - $549
VIP admission to all shows Wednesday - Saturday at participating venues. VIP includes elevated viewing, private bar, at Tannahill's Tavern & Music Hall shows, access to VIP tables at Billy Bob's shows, preferred admission at all other participating venues, access to VIP club with complimentary cocktails, lunch and dinner prepared by Tim Love. Access to all conference panels Wednesday - Friday at participating venues.
CONFERENCE BADGE – $199
Access to all conference panels Wednesday - Friday at participating venues. General admission to all shows Wednesday - Saturday at participating venues.
3-DAY ALL IN - $79
General admission to all shows Thursday - Saturday at participating venues only, no panels.
SINGLE DAY - $34 - $39
Single day tickets are available also for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and include admission to all performances on that day only, no panels.

If you would like to upgrade your ticket to one of our elevated experiences, please visit our box office located at 122 E Exchange Ave Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76164.
